This dish is one of my family’s favorite for leftover pulled pork. It is very simple and can be customized for each individual’s taste.
The recipe (if you want to call this a recipe) goes like this…
1. Boil the egg noodles and put in individual bowls.
2. Heat up the pulled pork and put some on top of the egg noodles.
3. Gather up the other fix-in’s and add to the bowl.
Note: Other Fix-in’s may include but are certainly not limited to… corn, chopped onions, grated cheese, and sour cream.
4. Select your BBQ sauce.
The BBQ sauce can either be mixed directly with the pulled pork or drizzled on top.
And that is how you make Pulled Pork on Egg Noodles! Enjoy.
